Clinical & Corrective Massage

specialized BODYWORK

We expertly and warmly specialize in female-centered massage therapy. Since 1995, we have been committed to preparing and repairing bodies during the reproductive years, with a focus on supporting normal physiologic childbirth, relieving pain, and promoting healthy movement. Although we have a passion for pregnancy care, we are equally dedicated to addressing postural patterns, pain, traumas, and injuries that are unique to all female experiences and life stages.

We know that for some people, sex biology assigned at birth is just one piece of who they are, or how they express themselves. We provide a safe, respectful, and trustworthy space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals to share their unique experiences and treatment goals. Our training and understanding of this allow us to guide all of our clients uniquely and therapeutically toward their best health.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy licensure represents a broad scope of manual techniques and methodologies. Our highly skilled therapists have varying levels of advanced certifications and experience which allow us to support each person’s current state of health and goals. We use these main methods:

  • ClinicalMassage is therapeutic or restorative muscular bodywork that targets tension using individualized pressure.
  • Corrective Massage deliberately targets multiple layers of soft tissue using tools, stretching, postural re-education, and hands-on work to make corrective changes in the body.
  • Certified Structural Integration is highly transformative, precise hands-on work that follows identifiable fascial planes and produces deep and lasting results.

Choosing the massage that’s right for your current life stage and health capability can be challenging. To assist you in scheduling the method that works best for you, we’ve listed more on the different bodywork offerings below.
